Parents and Teachers Grow Together Here

At The Preschool Center, everything begins with relationships. When families and teachers know and trust one another, children feel it. They feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

This page gives you a peek into how we work together, families joining in classroom life, teachers sharing daily moments and milestones, and a community built on open communication and care. Our teachers guide each child with intention, skill, and a genuine love for what they do.

At The Preschool Center, families and teachers walk this journey together. Parents are woven into the life of the school in so many ways: visiting the classroom to read a favorite story, sharing a special skill, joining the class on a field trip, helping out at a school event, or meeting one-on-one with teachers to talk about each child’s growth.

Throughout the year, we also set aside time for informal gatherings where families and teachers can connect, share stories, and build relationships outside the classroom. These simple moments matter. They help children feel that school is an extension of home, a place where the adults in their lives truly know and care for them.

We see the bond between families and teachers as the heart of what we do. When we work side by side, children thrive. They feel supported, known, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

We also welcome feedback from families as part of our annual reflection process. Your insight helps us grow, adapt, and make our program even stronger for the children we serve.

Our teachers are the soul of the school. With expertise, warmth, and dedication, they create communities where every child feels safe, included, and free to explore, learn, and shine.

What Parents Are Saying

“I have nothing but the best things to say about The Preschool Center! When looking for a preschool for my son, it was recommended to me by most. We were nervous about his transition, however, all the teachers proved to be phenomenal. They do an excellent job of mixing learning, while keeping the environment fun and welcoming for the children. His love for school has grown since starting here as a 3 yo, and now he cannot wait to start kindergarten this fall! I encourage you to check out The Preschool Center...you won’t be disappointed!”
- Krisian S

“My oldest daughter attended the Preschool Center, and now my 3 year old goes there. The staff is attentive and caring…it’s easy to see they all love what they do! My daughter is excited to go to school to “play” with her friends and I am excited for the growth I have seen not only academically, but with social skills and life skills as well. We love the Preschool Center and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality program.”
— Lindsay T.

“The UCC Preschool Center has been the best preschool for preparing both of my children for their future schooling. My son is excelling in reading and writing in kindergarten thanks to all of them.”
— Kate B.

“My son is just finishing his second year - he will be entering kindergarten in the fall and I have so much confidence that he is more than ready and very much prepared for elementary school.”
— Megan F.
