Bryce Cipriano, Head Teacher

Bryce brings more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, with a background that blends classroom leadership, curriculum design, and special education support. She spent ten years at Williamsburg Neighborhood Nursery School in Brooklyn, NY, where she grew from assistant teacher to lead teacher, curriculum planner, and assistant director.
Bryce holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Hunter College and is certified in both Connecticut and New York. She approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each child’s unique voice and learning process. As both an educator and a parent of two young children, Bryce understands the importance of creating a classroom that is nurturing, inclusive, and responsive to children’s questions and ideas. She values collaboration with families and believes in the power of play, documentation, and joyful exploration as central to early learning. |
